Is this device waterproof?  - Yes, (but don't take it diving).

What if a light  goes out? - Replace the right or left (master or slave)

Can I cut the ciggarette lighter off and connect the light directly? - Yes, Make sure

(- negative + positive) are correct.

Does it save the last flash pattern? - Yes

What color is legal for me to use?
